-APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

So that I may continue to provide the best possible scheduling for my guests, a 24 hour notice is required should you need to cancel your appointment. Cancelling  your appointment in less than a 24 hour notice will result in a rebooking fee of $50, and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

You will receive confirmation at least one business day prior to your upcoming appointment through my scheduling system via email and/or text (sms) If myself or my scheduling system is unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and potential cancellation fees.

- SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

It is my goal that you are completely satisfied with your services.

Should you have any challenges with your haircut or color, let

me know within 7 days of your visit and I'll be happy to correct

the issues with no additional charge.
